PPA registry, however, Szymon Kowalski , vice president of the RE-Source Poland Hub Foundation, explains that PPA physical contracts are most often concluded in a three-party formula – in addition to the generator and energy consumer, a trading company participates, acting as an intermediary and clearing the contract.
