Information on the substantive content of joint arrangements of the Joint Administrators with information on the processing of personal data.
According to Art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: “RODO”), we inform you that:

Wojska Polskiego 187 /4-5, 71-325 Szczecin tel: +48 786 445 319, e-mail: rafal.malarowski@resourcepoland.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Administrators”), are the Joint Administrators of the Personal Data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the RODO, with respect to the Personal Data provided by you (“Personal Data”).
2. The Joint Administrators jointly administer the Personal Data for the purpose of distributing the Newsletter containing information about the functioning of the market of renewable energy sources in Poland. The basis for the processing of Personal Data is the performance by the Joint Administrators of their legitimate interest, which is the implementation of their statutory activities and the common purpose resulting from the cooperation agreement concluded between the Joint Administrators based on Art. 6(1)(f) RODO.
3. Personal data may be disclosed to relevant recipients, in particular to external entities providing IT or legal services to the Joint Administrators, on the basis of contracts of entrustment of personal data processing, or to institutions authorized to control the activities of the Joint Administrators and to gain access to personal data on the basis of legal regulations.
4. Personal data will be processed until you unsubscribe from the Newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each message.
5. The person to whom the Personal Data pertains has the right to access his/her personal data, to correct, delete or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to processing – in the cases and under the terms of the provisions of the RODO.
6. The person to whom the Personal Data pertains has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection with its seat in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
7. Provision of Personal Data is voluntary.
8. Personal Data will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
9. In connection with the processing of Personal Data, we also inform you that:
a) The Joint Administrators declare that they process Personal Data in accordance with the principles concerning the processing of personal data set out in Art. 5 RODO.
b) The Joint Administrators shall keep all documentation related to the joint administration, for the purpose of fulfilling the accountability requirement.
d) The Joint Administrators undertake to limit access to Personal Data only to those persons whose access to the Personal Data is necessary for the aforementioned purpose. In addition, the Joint Administrators shall ensure that only persons who have a named authorization granted by the Joint Administrators are allowed to process Personal Data, and that persons allowed to process Personal Data have been obligated to keep Personal Data confidential and have been previously acquainted with the rules and regulations on Personal Data protection.
e) The Joint Administrators shall ensure an adequate level of security of Personal Data. Co-administrators to ensure security:
– ensure the ability to continuously ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of personal data processing systems and services;
– have implemented personal data protection documentation, taking into account the nature, scope, context and purposes of personal data processing and the risk of violation of the rights or freedoms of data subjects;
– have implemented a procedure for ensuring the right of access to data subjects;
– have implemented a procedure for deleting redundant data, in connection with the right of personal data subjects “to be forgotten”;
– have implemented a procedure for acting in the event of a personal data breach;
– have implemented a procedure for restricting the processing of personal data in situations indicated in the RODO.
(f) The Joint Administrators may entrust the processing of personal data to a processor in compliance with the requirements under the RODO, in particular the requirements of Art. 28 RODO.
10. The Joint Administrators have not appointed a Data Protection Officer and perform data protection activities on their own.
